Our History
The Beginning: Magnus World
We started our journey as Magnus World IT Solution. Our focus was providing essential computer services, software installations (from Microsoft Office to anti-viruses), and IT support contracts (AMCs) for both businesses and direct customers.
The Pivot: POS Solutions
Nearby businesses began asking for billing software. We saw an opportunity and dived deep, working closely with laundry and tailoring teams to understand their workflows. This research led to the creation of our first-ever laundry POS solution.
Growth & Expansion: Aipsoft
Our system's reputation grew, and so did our portfolio. We expanded our POS and ERP solutions (under the Aipsoft brand) to serve a wide range of industries, including restaurants, supermarkets, hypermarkets, salons, spas, and corporate clients.
A New Demand: B2B Services
With a large client base, we received numerous inquiries for accounting, VAT filing, and auditing. We realized we could offer more, and decided to evolve into a complete B2B service provider.
The Rebrand: Tadkeer is Born
We embraced our new identity as Tadkeer, Arabic for "reminder." Our services expanded to match our name, reminding clients of vital deadlines for VAT, audits, and documentation (visa/EID renewals). Today, we offer everything from company formation, visa stamping, ICV, and vendor registration to branding, social media, and business consultancy, all automated and integrated.
